With 35 years of experience in the global chemical industry, Thomas Osborne specializes in new business development and strategic planning. He has held various senior leadership roles, including CEO of The Tnemec Company and ICI Paints North America/The Glidden Company, a major player in the $1.6 billion consumer and commercial coatings market. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Planning and Acquisitions at ICI, where he led mergers and acquisitions across Europe and North America.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Tom served as Chairman of the Board for the National Paint and Coatings Association (now the American Coatings Association) from 2003 to 2005, earning the prestigious George Baugh Heckel Award, the Association's highest honor. He is also a director for Purity Zinc Metals and was previously a director of Columbia Paints and Coatings, which merged with Sherwin Williams in 2007.
Tom holds a B.S. from Youngstown State University and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is based near Cleveland.
